The FIU Pre-optometry club offers support to fellow students by:

Engaging members in community service projects related to the Optometry profession and outside the optometry field.Providing members with knowledge in the field of Optometry through shadowing, Optometry conferences & special speakers.Inviting different Optometry schools to come speak to the members about their program.Helping students to get involved in shadowing and volunteering opportunities.Improving leadership skills when taking part in the organization & working as a team.Networking with students interested in this field of Science.Providing support and information concerning the OAT exam, applying through OPTOMCAS, interview tips, and much more.
